Terms of Service

1. Operational Agreement

By engaging Lasmo Heavy Machinery Network for equipment mobilization, contractors and clients agree to the operational standards set forth herein. All rentals include a certified machine operator unless explicitly contracted under a Dry Lease agreement.

2. Jobsite Delivery & Mobilization

Lasmo provides equipment transport directly to specified jobsite coordinates within 45 minutes from our nearest corridor depot. Delivery timelines are subject to site access clearance, local transport permits, and safe unloading terrain.

3. Standby Replacement Guarantee

In the event of a mechanical failure on site, Lasmo dispatches mobile field repair mechanics. If repairs cannot be resolved within 2 hours on site, Lasmo mobilizes a replacement unit from the nearest standby depot.
